At the Booth Theatre located at 222 West 45th Street. The play opened on November 3, 2011 and is open-ended run. It runs two hours ten minutes with one intermission.

They play premiered at Lincoln Centers Mitzi Newhouse Theatre on December 16, 2010 and closed on February 27, 2011.

Linda Lavin is the only cast member that did not return to the Broadway production. Judith Light took her place. Stockard Channing and Stacey Keath have been in the play since it came to Broadway. Rachael Griffins took Elizabeth Marvel place and Justin Kirk did Thomas Sadoski role. Both Elizabeth and Thomas are in the show now.

The play was directed by Joe Montello. He recently appear in "The Normal Heart" as an actor (2011). He was nominated for a Tony Award for this role. Joe won a Drama Desk Award in 1993 for "Angels in America" for feature actor. In 2003 he won a Tony Award for Best Director of a play for "Take Me Out". Joe won a Drama Desk Award for director of the musical "Wicked" and a Tony Award for Best Direction of a Musical for "Assassins" both in 2004. Joe said that he does both directing and acting but loves to direct the best.

Thomas Sadoski won an Obie Award and a Lucille Lortel Award for the off Broadway production of the play.

Stockard Channing has been nominated for a 2012 Tony Award for Best Performance by an Actress in a Leading Role in a Play.

Elizabeth Marvel has won four Obie awards for "Therese Raquin", "Hedda Gabler", "A Street Car Named Desire" and "Misclliance".

Judith Light was nominated for 2012 Tony Award for best Performance by an Actress in a Featured Role in a Play.

The play takes place around Christmas 2004 at the Wyeth home, Palm Springs, California. The last scene is in 2010.

Brooke Wyeth (Eliizabeth Marvel) is visiting her parents Polly (Stock Channing) and Lyman (Stacey Keath) from New York. Her brother Trip (Thomas Sadoski) and her Aunt Silda (Judith Light), her mother's sister are also there.

Brooke has been away. She is recovering from a nervous breakdown. Brooke has a surprise for her parents. She has written a book about her family that is being published in a few months. Her parents are shocked and disturbed she has gone into detail about her brothers death.

Feelings are revealed. This seemly happy family underneath is one messed up family.

In the second act events that really happened are revealed. Secrets her parents have kept all these years come out.

This is outstanding drama that adds comedy to relieve it's intensity.

The transition from off Broadway to Broadway is great. It's even better on Broadway. Joe Montello did a great job.

I saw it at Lincoln Center and now on Broadway. I wasn't bored at all, it just got better.

Judith Light fits into the role like a glove. She does a job worth seeing. Judith is amazing. She plays the women who is now sober but itching to hit the bottle again. Judith is so persuasive you believe she would.

Stockard Channing does not miss a beat. Cool, collective and cunning. She does it with grace.

Thomas Sadoski does a remarkable job.

Elizabeth Marvel is touching and convincing that you feel sorry for her character.

Stacey is stronger in the second act and then sparkles with gusto.

So far the show will run until June 17th. But I was told who knows it could change

Don't miss this wonderful production.
